This afternoon, Key Stage 2 pupils (and staff!) were entertained and educated through a fantastic assembly from the author, Sam Copeland. Sam has written favourites such as the Charlie series: Charlie Changes into a Chicken and Charlie Morphs into a Mammoth or Uma and the Answer to Absolutely Everything.
Sam then led an enthusiastic challenge to look at testing heroic abilities: animal impressions, athletic pyramid stacking and QI style brain teasers.
We ended up, before a quick book signing, hearing an exctract from his latest book Alex vs Axel: The Impossible Quests.
