Last week was a busy but rewarding one, with both our Christmas Fair and Scholastic Book Fair taking place at school. Both events were wonderfully supported—thank you to everyone who helped organise them and to all who attended. It was a fantastic way to kick off the festive season.
The Scholastic Book Fair, held after school, offered pupils the chance to explore a fantastic selection of books to inspire their reading. At our school, we place a strong emphasis on fostering a love of reading, and this event provided an excellent opportunity to access the latest titles at great prices while also supporting the school. Thanks to your participation, we have earned approximately £450 in book vouchers, which will be used to enhance our school book selection.
Meanwhile, the Christmas Fair on Saturday morning featured a fantastic array of stalls, giving visitors the perfect chance to shop for some beautiful festive gifts. A huge thank you to the stallholders and everyone who contributed to making the event a success, whilst raising funds for the school.
