
We celebrated World Book Day today by coming into school dressed up as a word that we liked. We had a vocabulary parade in the hall where we could proudly showcase all the words that we’d thought of. There were so many words that were represented: colourful, electric, equestrian, comfortable, extinct, hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia, loved, valiant, disguised, nutritious, scientist, bilingual, heroic, expressive and bibliophile … and many, many more.
