Here is some information about the National Curriculum Assessments for Key Stage 1.
Year 1 Phonics Check:
All children in Year 1 will participate in a phonics screening check. This assessment will be administered by the class teachers. Results are included within the Year 1 end of year report.

Year 2 SATS National Assessments:
Children’s learning in Year 2 are assessed during May. The results of these assessments are reported annually to parents in the end of year reports.
