Starlight Class have been working hard in Design and Technology, using their creativity and practical skills to design and make their own coats of arms, inspired by our research into Lumley Castle. The children explored the meanings behind different symbols and colours before designing emblems that reflect their individual personalities and values. Using a range of joining techniques, they brought their ideas to life with impressive attention to detail, imagination and creativity.
