On Tuesday, children in Rainbow class took a special trip to Chester-le-Street library! The children were warmly welcomed by the librarian, who gave them a fun tour and showed them where to find picture books, storybooks, and even a cosy reading corner. Inspired by their exploration of fantasy stories, children listened to an exciting dragon tale, created some dragon themed crafts and asked lots of questions. Each child had the chance to pick out a book to borrow. It was a joyful morning, filled with learning and a love for reading!
