As part of our exciting new Art topic on sculptures, children in Key Stage One enjoyed a wonderful trip to Chester-le-Street Park.
The visit gave pupils the chance to see a variety of sculptures up close, inspiring them to think about different shapes, textures, and materials artists use to create their work. The children were full of curiosity and questions as they explored the outdoor artwork around the park and sketched their favourite sculptures.
