
As part of the Design and Technology curriculum, year 3 and 4 were making their own bread rolls today. The session was delivered by Chartwells, who are our school meal provider. Each pupil had thought about what roll they would like to make. They then made the dough, using fast action yeast, kneaded the dough and formed the roll. These were then left to rise and cooked in the school ovens. Flour control was important!
