This morning, our reception classes brought the story of the first Christmas to life with their delightful performance of The Wriggly Nativity. The children took on the beloved roles of Mary, Joseph, innkeepers, donkeys, stars, angels, shepherds, and, of course, the Wise Men bearing gifts for baby Jesus. Their heartfelt singing of songs like Donkey Plodding, Rockabye Jesus, and Skip, Skip, Skippity Hop was truly beautiful and filled the room with festive cheer. The audience was captivated by the children’s performance, making it a wonderful highlight of our school’s Christmas celebrations.
