Gathering initial information

• You have been sent a Pupil Data Colection Sheet – please complete this and hand in to the office.

Information and action needed

• Wrap Around Care
  • Breakfast Club (school is the provider)
    • Breakfast Club Request Form
  • After School Care (Mains House is the provider on our site)
• Tapestry – the method that EYFS staff collect evidence for progress during the year.
  • We’ll ask you for your email address and consent for photos to be used on Tapestry.
• Collection of pupils at the end of the day
  • Please let school know if someone different will be picking your child up.
• Cool Milk – applying for milk in school
• Application for Free School Meals
• School Uniform – provided by The School Outfit
• Suncream consent
  • We’ll ask you for consent to help your child to apply sunscreen via this letter.

In September

• Parent Mail (communication system) and Parent Pay (system for payments)

Preliminary visits to Red Rose

We would like to invite your child to 2 preliminary visits. You will have recieved a letter letting you know which group your child is in for these visits: either Group A or Group B

Other dates for visits

Wednesday 18th June: Summer Fair from 3:30pm
Lunch with your child: Wednesday 25th June 11:00 – 12:00

Gathering Consent

• Consent Form – you will be sent an online form in September for the various consents that we require including using images, emergency medical, school well-being dog etc. Our policy is to resend this consent form at the start of each school year to keep up-to-date with this important information.
