Wednesday night this week, as well as England’s opening game in the World Cup, was Durham Dash night. Over 1000 pupils took part in running and field events based at County Durham’s iconic Beamish museum. We had 48 pupils representing our school. As always, everyone performed extremely well showing all our Red Rose Values. Thank you to them for taking part and staff and parents for the support of the team. We had success with 9 runners getting through to the finals for their event: Flynn, Henry, Jacob, Matthew, Lola, Lucy, Octavia, Phoebe and Rory. Then we had 5 medalists across the runing and field events: Matthew, Octavia, Phoebe, Rory and Zachary.
